At icebreaker, we stand by the quality of our natural merino wool apparel and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and exchange process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and place the packing slip inside your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
